German Customer Care Agent
As a German Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our European clients, assisting them with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. No sales—just genuine support! Your main responsibilities include:
✅ Handling incoming calls – Answer customer inquiries, take callback requests, and provide helpful information.
✅ Organizing & forwarding information – Summarize and structure customer concerns, ensuring they reach the right team efficiently.
✅ Scheduling & coordination – Arrange and confirm appointments for clients.
✅ Keeping records up to date – Document calls and interactions accurately in our system.
What You Bring to the Team
Fluent in German – You can communicate naturally and professionally.
Tech-savvy & adaptable – You’re comfortable using a PC and learning new work processes.
